This is 2 step CNMSA/BMA - I will be required to view your home. Payment must be made at time of the first viewing. Payment is to be made out to Grand Rapids Realty. This Service is offered only within my service area as seen below excluding the Holland Area.I will provide 2 to 3 photos of your home and the comparable homes will be provided as well as sale prices, square feet, number of bedrooms, age, style of home and number of rooms. It will be completed in a BMA style format which is a similar style format to an appraisal. Once the BMA is completed I will Email it to you in a PDF format.
