Although it will look like an appraisal, it can not be used for financing purposes. However, it may be used in a court of law depending on the circumstances. It can also be used to fight your assessed value with your local taxing authority. This CMA/BMA will provide you with comparable sales in your area, if available, for the last 6 months. This is 2 step CNMSA/BMA - I will be required to view your home. Payment must be made at time of the first viewing. Payment is to be made out to Grand Rapids Realty. This Service is offered only within my service area as seen below excluding the Holland Area.I will provide 2 to 3 photos of your home and the comparable homes will be provided as well as sale prices, square feet, number of bedrooms, age, style of home and number of rooms. It will be completed in a BMA style format which is a similar style format to an appraisal. Once the BMA is completed I will Email it to you in a PDF format. Once you agree to use this service, I will at no time use this CMA/BMA to encourage you to list your house with me.
